The Rehan Prize

The 1 Million Student Challenge

Can you help build the world's first self-funding school system?

Pakistan has more than 27 million children who are out of school. Millions more attend school but leave without the skills needed to earn a living.

Five years ago, I started Rehan School with one simple belief: education should not only prepare students for the future — it should enable them to earn while they are still in school.

Our vision is to build a school system where students develop real-world skills, generate real income, and eventually pay for their own education instead of becoming a financial burden on their families.

We have already helped a small number of students achieve this. Now we want to make it work for one million students. That is why I am announcing The Rehan Prize.

The Challenge

Design a system that works in the real world

We are looking for educators, entrepreneurs, AI experts, curriculum designers, software developers, business leaders, universities, NGOs, companies, and innovators from anywhere in the world.

Your mission is simple: design a proven, repeatable system that enables ordinary school students to learn valuable skills and consistently earn income.

This must not be theory. It must work in the real world.

Our Mission

A world where every child can pay for their own education

Imagine a world where every child can earn enough to pay for their own education.

Imagine schools that become financially sustainable because students create real value. Imagine millions of young people graduating not only with certificates but with practical skills, work experience, confidence, and income.

We believe this is possible. We are looking for people who think differently — people who solve impossible problems, and who want to change the future of education.
